Loving Kindness Practice
I couldn't help but get a little emotional when I was told to think of a person whom I love. I thought of my mother and how amazing she is. As I listened to the water from the ocean I thought of how great it would be to be hanging out with my mom by the ocean. I love my mom dearly and as I was directed to turn those feeling on myself I had a great feeling come over my entire body. I love myself and my life and I felt great! The voice was calming and the background sounds (water) was better than any of the other exercises so far.

Just by reading your post you can feel the love that you have for your mother. Oh ya great abs on the previous post. I am a mom of a 20 year old that works out constantly and eats healthy it is almost annoying when she comes home (from college)and looks in the fridge. ( Her comments ) However I am getting in shape and eating more healthier at this time. But as a 50 year old lady the abs like yours and my daughters are long gone for now. Loved your post it's great your on a health tract especially in today's world of super size junk food!!
